Trial Practice
Mr. Llaurado’s practice focuses primarily on serious personal injury cases caused by defective products, motor vehicle accidents, construction site accidents, and unsafe premises. He has litigated automobile crashworthiness cases, including cases involving rollovers, roof crush, and defective occupant restraints. He has successfully settled and tried numerous crashworthiness cases in Wisconsin, as well as Arkansas, California, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Utah.
Professional Activities & Honors
Mr. Llaurado is an active member of the American Association of Justice, Attorneys Information Exchange Group, American Bar Association, State Bar of Wisconsin, Wisconsin Association of Justice, Consumer Attorneys of California, and Milwaukee Bar Association. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Attorneys Information Exchange Group and co-chair its Roof Crush Litigation Subgroup. He is also a member of the Courts Committee and the Bench/Bar Civil Committee of the Milwaukee Bar Association. He is also an affiliate member of the Society of Automobile Engineers. He has spoken at continuing legal education seminars for the Attorneys Information Exchange Group, American Association of Justice, Milwaukee Bar Association, and the Wisconsin Association of Justice. In September 2002, he spoke at the Washington State Trial Lawyer Association conference in Barcelona, Spain, concerning the topic, “Spoliation of Evidence – A Cause of Action for the Future?”
Education
Mr. Llaurado earned his bachelor’s degree from Marquette University, graduating magna cum laude in 1983. He graduated from Marquette University Law School in 1986, and was a Thomas More Scholar. He was on the Marquette Law Review as an Articles Editor and Author of Comment: “The Actionability under Section 1983 of a Negligent Deprivation of a Liberty Interest In Light of Daniels and Davidson,” 69 Marquette Law Review 601, 1986.
Background
Mr. Llaurado was raised in Hales Corners, Wisconsin. He currently resides in New Berlin, Wisconsin, with his wife, Kathleen, and four children, Thomas, Kathryn, Joseph, and Patrick.

Keith R. Stachowiak

Mr. Stachowiak’s practice focuses primarily on serious personal injury cases caused by unsafe premises, defective products, motor vehicle accidents, and other forms of negligent conduct. He has represented clients throughout Wisconsin. He is admitted to practice before all of the courts of Wisconsin, including the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western District of Wisconsin. In addition, he has been involved in cases successfully tried through verdict in California, Nevada, and Utah.

Mr. Stachowiak is an active member of the American Association of Justice, State Bar of Wisconsin, and Wisconsin Association of Justice. He has also lectured and authored articles for presentation at continuing legal education seminars sponsored by the Wisconsin Association of Justice and is the author of the chapter in a State Bar of Wisconsin book entitled “Wisconsin Trial Practice.”

Mr. Stachowiak earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, graduating in 1979 with a degree in Accounting. He passed the CPA examination in 1980. He graduated from Marquette University Law School in 1983, cum laude.

Mr. Stachowiak was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on July 4, 1957. He currently resides in Franklin, Wisconsin, with his wife of 30 years.
Personal Interests
Volunteering time and effort is important to Mr. Stachowiak. He serves on the board administering the St. Gerard Fund, a scholarship program for families with children in several area Catholic Schools. He is on the executive committee of the Parkview Parochial League, an association of 23 area Catholic grade schools. He is a past president of his church’s parish council, former grade school athletic director, and former president of a 180-member homeowner’s association in Franklin.

Mr. Kukor is a partner of the firm, focusing his practice primarily on serious personal injury cases caused by motor vehicle accidents, construction site accidents, unsafe premises and medical malpractice. He is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He has successfully tried numerous jury cases through verdict, and represented clients throughout Wisconsin, as well as in Illinois, Michigan, Florida, and California.
Professional Activities & Honors
Mr. Kukor is a member of the Wisconsin Association of Justice and has been on their Board of Directors since 1994. He is also an active member of the American Association of Justice, the State Bar of Wisconsin, and the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has lectured before numerous bar organizations, including the Wisconsin Association of Justice and the Milwaukee Bar Association. In addition, he has also been an Instructor at Marquette University Law School teaching Trial Advocacy.

Mr. Kukor earned his bachelor’s degree from Marquette University in 1974. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School in 1977.
Background
Mr. Kukor was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on April 16, 1952. He currently resides with his wife, Maureen, in Greendale, Wisconsin, and has three children, Ryan, Quinn, and Mackenzie.
